Our Client Process involves the following steps:
1. Initial Consultation & Discovery Phase : We learn who you are, learn about your industry, and identify your goals.
2. Planning Phase : In this phase, you choose a package preference. We help you map out a strategy, then set up milestones and deadlines for implementation, Go Live, and maintenance.
3. Implementation Phase : In this phase we put into place all technical elements and requirements necessary to implement your technical solution.
4. Testing Phase : In this phase, we test, and ask you, as the client, to review your completed project. Changes, corrections, and updates are finalized.
5. Go Live Phase : In this phase, we continue promotion, set up schedules, begin monthly management reporting, and continue servicing our ongoing managed clients. If you are a self-managing client, we conduct a brief client education session, and hand over login and techical details to you.
6. Post-Live Follow Up: Managed clients continue to receive ongoing support and management. Self-managing clients receive 30 days of full support. At the end of 30 days, support is additionally priced at $20.00/hr.
